1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the OpSync website and any discovery, strategy, marketing, sales, automation, or database reactivation services we agree to provide. By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

Website information and discovery calls are provided for general business purposes. Any paid engagement, deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities, and service-specific terms will be set out in a separate proposal, order, statement of work, or agreement. If that document conflicts with these terms, the service-specific document takes priority.

3. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, obtain all necessary rights and permissions for data and materials supplied to us, and use our website and services lawfully. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, decisions, campaigns, and communications before they are used in your business.

4. Mortgage and financial information

OpSync provides growth infrastructure and related business services. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not provide regulated mortgage, investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and website content should not be relied on as such.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

We aim to improve systems and commercial performance, but results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee lead volumes, appointment numbers, revenue, conversion rates, or any other specific outcome.

6. Intellectual property

OpSync and its licensors retain ownership of the website, branding, methods, know-how, software, and pre-existing materials. Rights in bespoke deliverables will be described in the applicable service agreement. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our website or materials without permission.

7. Third-party services

Our website and services may link to or rely on third-party products, including HubSpot for meeting bookings. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, security, content, or performance.

8. Confidentiality and data

Each party must protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the relevant business purpose. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and may also be governed by a separate data processing agreement.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpSync is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from use of the website or services. Any additional liability terms for paid services will be set out in the applicable agreement.

10. Suspension, termination, and changes

We may restrict website access where necessary for security, maintenance, misuse, or legal compliance. Service engagements may be ended in accordance with their applicable agreement. We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page.

11. Governing law and contact
